Phase Core Elements - We put a couple in a hot dishwasher to melt the substance inside and then shook it a lot to mix up the chemical and break the small crystals from the salt separating out. The DHS has pdf on various ones and the type 32 packs melt around 89F so they may seem ruined but likely aren't.
